    Becoming A Badass Entrepreneur

    Network Marketing is a platform for entrepreneurship that gives people a way to care of their family and contribute to the world. It’s like a farm for entrepreneurs. A seed is planted and it grows and becomes entrepreneurial.

    There are entrepreneurs and then there are BADASS entrepreneurs. If you want to be a BADASS entrepreneur, you need to let go of the employee mindset. Employees do as they’re told, follow the rules and don’t take any risks. You need to think the opposite of how an employee thinks. 

    To become a BADASS entrepreneur, there are ideas you need to embrace. You need to change your thinking and be ok with being judged, taking risks, uncertainty, things not going perfectly, taking action first and figuring it out later. You need to innovate, be resourceful, shake things up and bring a different level of intensity.

    Employees hide in the corporate structure. They hide from criticism. Entrepreneurs say “Yes,” tell the world and figure it out later. Employees want to get paid every two weeks and entrepreneurs know that they may be underpaid for a while but then will hopefully be overpaid for a long time after. Employees are driven by self – they need a check and benefits. And while entrepreneurs are driven by those things too, they’re even more driven by making the world a better place and helping others

    So if you want to be a BADASS entrepreneur, you have to examine your way of thinking. If you’re blaming your company, your upline and the economy for your lack of success, then you are thinking like an employee, not an entrepreneur. Anytime you blame anyone else, you’re thinking like an employee. 

    Unless you change your thinking, nothing will change. You will repeat the same patterns. But if you change your thinking, everything will change

    The ONE key to entrepreneurial badassery is to BE RESOURCEFUL. Here are some ways entrepreneurs show their resourcefulness:

    Money

    Instead of having a $1,000 smartphone and saying they don’t have any money, an entrepreneur will buy a less expensive phone.

    Time 

    Entrepreneurs will make different decisions about time. Instead of wasting 4 hours on screen time a day, they’ll use their time more purposefully.

    Contacts

    If an entrepreneur doesn’t have contacts to talk to about their business, they get uncomfortable and do what’s necessary to find people to talk to.

    Salesperson

    An employee says, “I’m not a salesperson.” An entrepreneur says, “I guess I have to become a salesperson.”

    Speaker

    An entrepreneur knows that the “person with the marker” makes all the money, so they do what they need to do to  become a speaker and get in front of the audience. An employee often hides in the back of the room, too nervous or scared to bring attention to themselves.

    Being resourceful is the answer to solving problems. When you focus on solving problems instead of placing blame you’ll find that you never lose. You either win or you learn. 

    So start being a BADASS entrepreneur TODAY. Get scrappy, stop whining, stop complaining, stop blaming. Figure it out. Find a way.
