If you’re unemployed or underemployed or know someone who is, I’m talking to you today.

The employment situation has fundamentally changed all over the world. Jobs that used to be necessary aren’t anymore. Technology is changing everything and we are all living in that shift and feeling it. I understand that most people need to find a job to pay day-to-day bills, but if you were my dear friend, the advice that I would give you if you were unemployed or underemployed is to join the Network Marketing Profession. 

Here’s why… 

One, when you join the Network Marketing Profession the first thing that’s going to happen is you’re going to start developing new valuable, marketable skills. I’m not saying you have to start out full-time, I’m saying continue your job search but carve out a few hours a week to devote to building your own business from home. The skills you develop will translate to your job search and interviews as well.

Two, networking. You’ll meet more people and come across more opportunities. You’ll have more lines in the water that might help you find that new job.

Three, tax benefits. There are many tax benefits for home business owners that you could be taking advantage of right this minute. And you don’t have to make a huge investment to get involved. The tax benefits alone will more than pay for themselves. Just by getting involved you can start to enjoy them.

Four, looking for a job sucks. It’s one of the most negative endeavors you can be involved in. Network Marketing is positive. You’re around positive, uplifting people with a good attitude, and that will rub off on you. It’s encouraging to be connected with people who are interested in your success and want to see you do better.

Five, income. You can make some extra income while you’re searching for a job. It might not be a lot at first, but little by little if you stick with it, Network Marketing can give you the freedom to work for yourself, and you’ll never have to ask anybody for a job again. 

So how do you decide which Network Marketing company to join? Look around for a company that you respect that sells products that you’re passionate about. You can usually get involved for a few hundred dollars and for sure for less than $1000. And you are investing in something that can help you down the road. 

This is the age of the entrepreneur. Keep looking for/working your job, but join the Network Marketing profession too! Then eventually, you’ll be able to fire your boss!
